Content Manager

As a Content Manager, you will be part of the Digital Team consisting of seven digital specialists and report to the Head of Digital. We work with a user-centric and data driven approach, and our objective is to create personalized world-class user experiences to our customers and patients. We're looking for an content manager passionate about creating engaging content based on customer insights. In this role you will work creating visual content for our core digital platforms, web, newsletter programs, social media and video.

This is the role:
  • Develop content in cooperation with internal and external partners for digital channels such as websites, newsletters, video, social media, etc.
  • Create, execute and measure our newsletter programs in cooperation with brand teams.
  • Improve and create personalized automated email and web workflows around the customer journey.
  • Continuously test, follow up, analyze and report on email marketing KPI:s to optimize the flow of our email marketing and websites.
  • Responsible for channel strategy of email marketing with support from the Head of Digital.
  • Assist on publishing content on company websites, track and follow up campaigns.
  • Develop, implement and oversee our newsletter processes, routines and best practices to optimize content, design and copy.
  • Educate and train Swedish marketing organization in content marketing (opportunities, trends, tools, measurement, segmentation, etc)


What we expect:
  • Relevant degree education e.g. marketing, communication or Medieinstitutet, Berghs, IHM, Hyper Island
  • 3+ years work experience for example within digital marketing, content developer, graphic design, web editor, digital media creative, marketing automation, or similar roles
  • NOTE: Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
  • Hands-on experience on creating newsletters; editing copy, reshaping content to fit newsletter campaigns, photo editing, layout and design.
  • Experience working with marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools and website CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, etc).
  • You are a great project manager and know how to drive projects into completion.
  • You are a curious, social and a good communicator.
  • You like to work in a fast paced and changeable environment where your ability to analyze information and find new solutions is key for achieving results.
  • You are a person who takes own initiative; work resilient towards goals and embraces accountability.
